I didn't wind up havin any luck with this after all. Downloaded twice and they finished as unrecognizable files. I probably made a mistake of some kind but I should be able hit download from the link and be good, right? Would love to hear it but could use some help. Thanks for the effort regardless

the audio files are in a type of compressed folder called RAR, it's basically the same as a ZIP folder. I use a free program/app called RAR Opener, that is available through the Microsoft store, to open and decompress RAR folders.
